Much like the Audi Quattro in the real world of rallying, This RC car was the worlds first purpose built 4WD off road RC race car and as such holds a very important place in RC history. This is a first release (note the single rear shock / not twin shock) Dogfighter, made in 1983, it is offered for sale in used condition, has a repair on the black plastic upper strut, the 4WD chain is missing.. The original tyres are not perished, has original yokomo stock motor, speed controller and heat sinks, ACOMS handset and servos, all untested, comes with new lexan body & wing (repro with protective film still attached) so you can paint & sticker to your own taste.
