Vintage Astroline 600 MPX radio. This is a early 1970s radio made in Japan by Sharp. The radio itself feature several unique feature for the time period. The radio has a selectable polarity switch that allows the radio to be used with positive and negative ground cars. Additionally the radio has stereo sound and can used two speaker rather in just one. The faceplate has a blackout effect to hide the number but once the radio is turned on you can see the numbers. Finally the radio also has a 7 pin din plug on it. The radio does turn on and the light on the face plate also turns on. It also pickups up signal and play music. Currently the main issue is that the volume on the radio is very low and there is some static coming from the speakers. Din switch and polarity switch have not been tested. Cosmetically the radio is in great condition. The blackout faceplate on the radio is very unique and does add a great look to it when installed on a car.
