Vintage Classic 60's-70's Chrome Blaupunkt Nurnberg 108mhz (Frankfurt US) Top
You are looking at the vintage/classic Blaupunkt Nurnberg, rare head unit which was Made in Germany. Authentic trough the 60's - 70's, with the 108 mhz scale (suitable for US, Euro, and worldwide reception), it is in fact the same radio as the Frankfurt US with 2 FM bands. Standard single - DIN size, usually used in top-level cars.
With the massive Blaupunkt chrome faceplate, the NOS pinstripe insert, matching knobs&levers, it really comes in excellent cosmetic condition - exactly as pictured. Serviced, tested, and in full working order! Very nice reception, loud and clear mono output.
Illumination works - as pictured. Also, it comes with additional brand new 6-DIN AUX/Mp3 adapter. To use it, just plug the cable into the DIN socket on the back side of the radio - as pictured. Connect the 3.5mm plug inside the small box and listen to the music from your cell, iPod, walkman, connect the BT stick or any other device that supports the standard 3.5mm out. When the 3.5mm is connected to the jack, the radio is mute.
When not, you can simply continue listening the radio. Comes with power plug (extension), and original speaker plug from its era, as well as the faceplate removal tool (screw).All of the photos are original.
